Misquamicut State Beach is one of the state's most popular beach destinations in RI, with over a half mile of beach front.

The updated, modern pavilion includes many new features including rails, outside showers, a tower, and composting toilets.
Misquamicut Beach does fill to capacity during sunny summer weekends, so plan on getting there early if the weather is hot!

Directions from Providence:
Take Interstate Rte. 95 South, to Rte. 4 South, to Rte.1 South, to Westerly, follow signs to Misquamicut State Beach.
Directions from Hartford:
Take interstate Rte. 95 North to Exit 92 (Rte. 2). At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Rte. 2 East and drive 1 mile to Rte 78 East. Follow Rte. 78 to the end, at intersection with Rte 1. and then follow signs for Misquamicut State Beach.
